I'm a writer in southern Connecticut. My freelance work is mostly magazine articles; personal profiles are a strength. I've also done technical writing and grantwriting.

I write fiction as well. My latest is a novel set in Dark Ages Britain. I've probably read more on that topic than any reasonable person should, but I love it. I was fortunate to visit the UK for on-site research. (See my Blog.)

I studied art, world religions, history and literature at Smith College. I have an MBA and worked as a product marketing manager in the software industry. I'm a bit eclectic... Some of my children's fiction got a little recognition. (See News/Notices.)
